  • Conference Attendance Guidelines

    At New El Bethel Baptist Church, our hope is that the Women’s Conference will be a sacred time for you to connect with other women, be refreshed, and be poured into spiritually. To help ensure every attendee enjoys a meaningful and distraction‑free experience, we kindly ask that only children ages 5 and older attend the conference sessions.

    Nursing mothers may bring infants, but no other children under age 5 will be permitted in the conference areas. A designated Nursing Mothers’ Room will be reserved exclusively for nursing infants.

    Please be aware that conference sessions will be recorded for online use, and any noise disruption may require you to step into the Nursing Mothers’ Room.

    If you have a young child or toddler, our Online Experience is a wonderful alternative that allows you to participate fully from home.

  • Conference 1: Friday, August 28 - Saturday, August 29.

    Every attendee needs a ticket.

  • Our special guests are Minister Mariah Willis, Sis. Eleanor Webb, Minister Develyn Offord, Sis. Vernica Johnson and Savitri Brown, First Lady of New El Bethel Church.

  • Seating Policy

    All seating for the Women’s Conference is general admission and offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis. When purchasing your ticket, you will select only a seating section. Due to seating capacity and the need to maintain order, you are required to sit within the section you reserved.

    Please note:

    • Sections (table) selection opens Monday, June 15, 2026.

    • Sections (tables) are not reserved.

    • Individual seats are not reserved.

    • You are selecting a section—not a specific seat.

    We ask all attendees to honor these guidelines so that seating remains fair, organized, and accessible for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

  • We suggest bringing a Bible and a notebook. We will have a bag check table set up near the entrances.

    Please note that all bags are subject to search. Our Dream Team (greeters) can and will help direct you.
